Sometimes a woman's breasts begin to lose their shape,
either in the aftermath of child bearing , from successful
dieting or as a result of the early onset of getting
old. This change in the body results in the skin and
the ligaments that are instrumental in supporting
the breast tissue to begin to stretch and the breasts
lose their normal shape. If the breasts are small
(AA or A cup) sagging is minimal, in these cases the
problem can normally be solved by inserting a breast
implant to produce the effect of in creased elevation
and size
If the breasts are adequate in size (B or C cup) but
the breast drooping is severe, then breast will require
to be elevated. During this surgical procedure, excess
skin is removed from the breast and the nipple is
re-sited to a better position to form new, younger
shaped breasts.
Where the breasts are small (A cup) but the breast
is drooping excessively, a correction of the breast
droop is required and, at the same time, a breast
size increase (augmentation) can be carried out, with
the introduction of an implant.
The exact type of surgery that you will require will
be determined by a consultation with your cosmetic
surgeon.
