I had a full face lift and blephs at age 38 at the Glasgow Nuffield in 2000. The surgeon, unfortunately has since died of cancer.

The face lift result was incredible. (I had lost a lot of weight and was left with bad drooping and skin folds around the jowls and neck.)

The nursing 'care' however, was not good. A number of the nursing staff were very rude and made inappropriate comments about my choice to have elective surgery. I was made to feel foolish and embarrassed for being so 'vain'. I felt that in a private hospital this was outrageous and made my feelings known to management. I believe this was dealt with.
